HR administration is human resources, who are responsible for supporting a business within every area of human resources, including recruitment and employee relations. It is responsible for drafting job descriptions, outlining in detail all skills and qualities required and desired in a successful job applicant. HR administrator screens all resumes submitted to the open job order, seeking only the most qualified applicant. It conducts background screenings and reference checks for all prospective hires, and accurately documenting these activities.

Staff Performance Appraisal Committee

This committee aim to support employee and ensure their work and development are monitored in a positive way. Aims at a staff appraisal and supervision policy that supports performance improvement, staff development, and the delivery of high quality services.

Provides an opportunity for discussion, and has the aim of agreement; the final mark is determined by the appraiser/s.
